17 Aug 20 Comment Trust Max appreciated this image - a man, his dog, and his passions! Going B&W for Max and for the overall impact was a great idea. Probably the colorized version would have been too busy to enjoy the Man. I did try a crop with Max, his dog and some of the images behind him only. I was able to eliminate some of the artifacts and concentrate on what I felt were the stronger components. BUT you know Max and what works best. . . Aug 12th
17 Aug 20 Comment Good nature story, Dick. I think the subject matter is captured well. Maybe the background grasses could be toned down or blurred to further emphasize the heron? Aug 12th
17 Aug 20 Comment I feel the detail within the train is fine. Perhaps, could be brightened up a bit. I think the story here is the train. I didn't feel the lighthouse added to the overall image. Maybe if it was larger in the scene? Yes, I agree the line above the train needs to go. Aug 12th
17 Aug 20 Comment I would have had nightmares after seeing this creature! I am in agreement with Dick and Peter, and Peter, and Peter, and Peter! The cutting off of the legs is a distraction. Also, I think the museum and the creature are competing for our attention.

17 Aug 20 Comment Another stunning photo, Glenn! I do like the colors on the constructed branch and those on the hummer. Everything looks very sharp. I really need to try to get a few of those visiting my feeder before they head south. Aug 11th
