Glenn, Glenn, Glenn! Would you mind posting something we can creatively critique? Once again you send along a remarkable setting of the sun, sea and shore. I like the little bit of the setting sun in the surf. Do you think opening up the shadows on the left would add to the overall impact? |

My first thought was "stalker" as Dick mentioned. The guy is slightly bent over with a cigarette in his mouth. It gave me a vision of something not-so warm and fuzzy. I also Dave some thought about cropping out the people at the back of this image to make it more about the interaction between the two main subjects. I thought the location here adds to the feeling of a dark alley. Well done, Sheldon. |

Really like this, Dick. I will skip over the artifacts you mentioned and concentrate on the color and detail. Your "yellows" pop against the black background. I like the richness in the greens as well. Nice lead with the stem into the floral. I did flip it vertically to bring the stem in from the bottom. A minor concern is the merging along the edges. |

Looks like it was created by an architect on steroids! Angles, textures, modern, antiquely came together here. I think the decision to go monochromatic helped with the coming together of the aforementioned pieces. I didn't feel a point of interest although my eye kept returning to the chimney. It was a fun image to look at. |
