What happened here?
I did tweak it to remove the bright areas and cut back the sharpening - thanks for pointing these out. . . |

I think I need to rework the image. Just hoping I can follow what you suggested. Thanks for taking the time. My wife has decided to paint this scene from my photo. i'll send you the final result! |

Sharp throughout from the lower part of the fountain to the structures in the background. I do like your effort to frame the domed building within the arch. The arch protruding out of the runner's head was a small price to pay for this final grab. Hope you have room on the wall for this - it may mean you'll have to take down one of those beautiful bird images! |

Udayan, thanks for sharing the story behind the image! It added another dimension to the already great shot. The glow from the fire illuminates the main subjects. You managed NOT to blow out the fire as well while keeping sharp detail on those people dancing .around it. I trust you did send along this image to those who organized the set=up. |

Great eye to grab this shot with all that was happening around you. Sheldon. I, too have been to the ABQ Balloon Fiesta and walked around the evening's Glowdeo. I saw only the lighted special shapes and missed the stories around me. Thanks for the reminder to look beyond the obvious! |

Peter, what an image! This should be the featured poster on any remake of the children's classic. It certainly tells the whole story.
Quite creative in the selection of items to include here. I especially liked the look on Alice's face. She does not look very impressed with the Hatter.
I found myself looking all around the final product to make sure I had the whole story here.
Well done! |

And, enjoy it, I did! A very humorous capture here, Dick! Glad you were in the right place to record it for us. I'd love to see a video as to how these suitcases were returned to their rightful owners. I wonder how many people were injured in that process?? |

Liking the overall impact here, John. Your choice to go B&W worked well for this subject. It does have a dirty and gritty feel to it so the Topaz filter did what it was supposed to do.
P.S. I just finished a follow-up visit to an industrial site - amazing what I did not see the first time I shot there. |
