Nah, too many issues with owning one in the New England region! |

However, if it was a mustang for a horse, the car would have been rejected by the Corvette Calendar people :) |

Who, you ask? Vette owners who want their car in the Corvette Calendar, that's who! |

Another amazing bird portrait, Glenn!
I agree with your assessment on the profile orientation and detail.
By now you should have run out of wall space for these bird shots!! |

Sheldon, well captured here. The third zebra is not a distraction as the story is with the other two.
I think your vignette takes away from the image as it lightened up the rear of the background zebra. Perhaps a darkening of the grasses would give you a more pleasing impact. |

Got to ask this, Peter. Did she see this shot coming???
I like the interchange between the two women - the one on the left is taking in everything the other is saying. Your handling of the background gives us a place without being too distracting. Can't think of anything else now. . . |

Dick, I like the angle you shot this goat at - low enough to frame it against the background mountains. My screen is showing ample detail but I do agree with Sheldon on trying to open up the shadows on the fur. |

Hey, what gives, John? I thought I had cornered the market on industrial images!
Lots to like here - the colors, the shapes, the angle you chose to capture these two items. Any chance you could open up the shadows in the lower right object?? |

Let me extend my welcome to our group, Udayan!
A wonderful portrait of a most interesting woman. your decision to go monochromatic was a good one for reasons given. I do think you may have overdone the post-processing as the tonality hides her facial features.
I took your original image (thanks for including it) and ran it through my B&W program. I was able to pull up some detail in the background which I did a bit of darkening to. But I was also able to tone down the processing on her face which now shows greater detail. |
