9 Jan 26 Comment I will probably do another still life this month and I will take a BTS photo to show my lighting. But as I struggle with lighting, I try different things so I'm not sure what I did here. I have a black background and typically I have two lights with umbrellas. But now I also have a Godox speedlight so I may have used that. Jan 10th

You were at the perfect spot to take this photo. I love the leading lines that direct the eye to the Michel.
The three distinct layers, harbor (with great reflections), the city buildings, then the tower. The yellow glow behind the Michel takes this photo to the next level.		 Jan 8th
9 Jan 26 Comment Randy, this is a gorgeous landscape! Mt Hood is the clear focal point with the River point the way. It is like a moment of Zen.
My only nit (and it is a nit) would be the lower right slope is a bit distracting. I wonder if it was darkened just a tad how the photo would look.		 Jan 8th
