Really good photograph! I have a speedlight but don't have barely used it as I struggle to understand what I am doing :) But not that I've retired, hopefully I will get better.
The bottles certainly fill the frame, and they pop. I am curious as to what your instructor had to say about the photo.

I was away when spring sprung here - so I am LOVING this spring vibe. I like that it shows the closed (sleeping) blossom on the left, the awakening blossoms in the center with the full open (awake) blossoms on the right. The dew is perfect.
I am all about a vignette, I do think it may be a little heavy in the photos. |

Super interesting photograph! I too would love to hear all the stories of how he chose the artwork. He looks like a walking canvas.

Beautiful shot! My first thought was maybe you could lower the opacity of the pattern too.
