9 May 24 Reply Thank you for your kind words :)

To be clear the 'studio' as I call it for lack of a better term is only about 24" x 24" - the boards 23" x 23".

My daughter had given me a couple of boards from https://www.replicasurfaces.com/ - I love them but at $80 each my hubby build me this studio. It can also hold the replicasurfaces. My fave is the black matte background and the shiny black bottom. I also have all white and then some bead board and other things. When I retire next year I will be experimenting with other backgrounds - hoping I can print out some of my photos that size to use as a background.

we are heading out in the morning for a long weekend away, but I can give you more info if you need it

9 May 24 Comment Yes, I did use a black background. My husband built me a small 'studio' that I can interchange different backgrounds May 14th

9 May 24 Comment Very cool shot! I love how the women walking away frame your man. I also like your choice of using black and white. May 14th
9 May 24 Comment I love your street photos! I think it is interesting that they are playing chess.
I agree that this one tells an interesting story. I would love to see the original, for me, their shirts might be a little too enhanced, but you know how they looked in person.

9 May 24 Comment I do love this photo. I was wondering how it would look slightly altered in photoshop - kind of as a ps challenge for me. Not sure I like my version better, but a different look. I removed the white spots closest to the snail and lightened the snail. May 14th
9 May 24 Comment I love this photo! Art is for everyone and is a great tool. I would likely have cropped it a bit tighter so it would just be the board. May 14th
