It is a beautiful photo! My only critique would be that I thought it was a photo of the sky. I would not have considered the land until I read your caption. I am not skilled enough to give good advice, but wondering if you up the land exposure a bit in lightroom if would draw more attention to the lad. |

This is a male. I should find and post the original photo as this was cropped. He was with a female and they both were pigging going after something in the dirt. They were in my neighbors yard where she had recently planted in newly tilled soil. I thought that they were going after bugs. Turns out that a turtle had come out of the creek just feet away and laid her eggs (happens every spring here) - my neighbor found discarded egg shells all over the place. |

Was this shot in black in white or did you do that post?
I love it! I love how she if framed by the horizontal ceiling and wall, but that the steps to up to her and the shadow comes down.

I love this photo! It is great as is.
The only thing I would question is how dark the outline of the flowers are. Was that intentional or did it have to do with turning the background turquoise? |
