9 Mar 26 Reply Great idea! And having the eyes visible makes a solid connection to the viewer - really like it! Mar 28th

9 Mar 26 Comment The only thing I wanted was a more defined sky and so I cranked the blue and eliminated the far right. Not at all sure it's better -- but I do like the sky! Mar 6th
9 Mar 26 Comment You really did capture the essence of autumn!

I played a bit with color -- I wanted it more vibrant (and possibly went too far!) -- and also increased the vignette.

9 Mar 26 Comment Wow -- 1999 doesn't seem that long ago...but the times they are a-changin'.

I was going to straighten the image to the top ceiling lines as Yvonne did. I also was drawn to the empty chairs which are emblematic of the sad state of the mall.

9 Mar 26 Reply Hi Sylvia,

Thanks for the comment about the sign -- I actually brightened it with a mask to make it stand out (and not be missed) -- likely went a bit too far!

9 Mar 26 Reply Thanks Yvonne!

No arrangement at all -- that's the way we found the "library" -- I only positioned the dog.

9 Mar 26 Comment Amazing color and angle -- so interesting to examine!

My eye wanted something to latch onto -- vertical or horizontal -- so I straightened the photo against the drain pipes, cropped to a 4:3, and added a vignette.

Was very fun to play with!

Thank you!

9 Mar 26 Comment I love the feeling and movement that you captured! I just tried to lighten the shadows of the front rider to give some detail of his jacket. Mar 6th

By the way - do you participate with Delaware Photographic?

47 Mar 26 Comment What a fascinating place to photograph!

I also want a little more light leading me into the back room and perhaps some more flooring detail. That said, as is, it's terrific image!

47 Mar 26 Comment Albert -- this is ready for hanging! I agree with Robert -- your sense of texture is excellent and the way you manipulated the feel of the rock greatly enhances the image. You caught the glint in the animal's eye and the whiskers and neatly trimmed and point to the nose. The slight lightening around the snout suggests a senior member of his species which adds to the "kingship" you reference. Mar 17th
47 Mar 26 Comment This is so interesting! I thought it was a pearl, not an egg, and I see the upper swirl as a dragon's head ready to pounce. The swirls are magical -- oceanic -- and the color is stunning. Such a treat to examine! Mar 17th
47 Mar 26 Comment I removed the lower triangle to see if it made a difference. Mar 17th
47 Mar 26 Reply thanks Robert -- I hadn't paid enough attention to the highlight. I'll work on it!
