9 Dec 24 Reply Hi Randy,

Snapseed is really good and the webinar was a public one. I hadn't used it either but was amazed at how powerful it is.

9 Dec 24 Comment Like the rest of the group -- I love this photo and actually LOL when I noticed the modern wind turbine on the hill.

Sabine's inversion is game-changer -- I'd never think about inverting an image and wondering about the change in perspective. In this case, it adds to the intrigued as it takes a bit longer for the viewer to notice the modern element.

Great job!

9 Dec 24 Comment I really like the fallen petal -- to me it's crucial to the photo and adds a 3rd dimension -- the subject is spilling out toward the viewer. Really -- I think the petal makes the photo! Dec 16th
9 Dec 24 Comment Incredible photo and it must have been etherial to be in the cave. Love the photo -- hope you've printed and framed! Dec 16th
9 Dec 24 Comment I was wondering if you masked the leaves to pop the color -- and like the idea of reducing every color except the one you want. Lots of ways to address it.

Did you consider cropping a bit of the bottom to have the diagonal branch come out of the corner? I know I'm a little orderly for my own good -- but that's where my eye went!

9 Dec 24 Comment I am reminded of an art class I wherein we cut shapes from colored tissue paper and then glued them to a background with a diluted glue to give the piece a stained-glass look. The colors would blend/bleed a bit just like your photo. I'm especially intrigued by the vase which is blue, blue/green, purple -- all at once. Fascinating technique! Love all of the various shifts and changes digital provides! Dec 16th
9 Dec 24 Reply Here's the revised crop -- but I didn't do that same amount of post to it. Dec 16th

9 Dec 24 Comment Hi!

The photo was taken with my camera but edited on my iPad with Snapseed.
