16 Dec 21 Comment Good advice. thanks Dec 19th
16 Dec 21 Comment The depth of field makes me think the aperture was F32, but ISO 100 and 1/2000 second make that unlikely. Please educate me.

Good action. An accomplished rider that did not crash.

16 Dec 21 Comment I like the composition showing a small waterfall, probably in an area where they are not common. I agree that it looks tilted with the water apparently flowing upstream. I understand wanting to show what was there so making the water all white is inappropriate, but you have made in more green, so less saturation would be better. I agree that it could be considered dull, but maybe peaceful is a better description so I would hang it on my wall. Dec 9th
16 Dec 21 Comment Good work salvaging the underexposure and high ISO noise. Good to not center the bear. I sounds like a good adventure trip. Dec 9th
16 Dec 21 Comment It was a dark morning and with aperture priority the slow shutter speed is what resulted. Only one of the burst of shots got the eye in focus. I use spot metering but getting the eye was luck. I prefer birds in flight with blur to show motion. The blurred water is partly water motion and partly panning and it made non-distracting background I think. Dec 9th
16 Dec 21 Comment Good shot of the parrot. I will take your word for the correct white balance it not being true white. Good for Open category competition. Adding the highlight not allowed in Nature category. The highlight looks artificial and could be sharper and/or smaller. The eyes are sharp and that is what counts. Blurring at the edges is OK. Good work. Dec 6th
16 Dec 21 Comment Great intimate image of the animal. Your post processing is impressive. Great bright eyes with highlights. Good job. Dec 6th
16 Dec 21 Comment I like the small amount of detain in the dark sculpture to distinguish it from a full silhouette. The cropping is good giving space for virtual movement in the direction the person is facing. Good deletion of extraneous items and other post processing. Some people don't like art of art, but I believe this example is OK. https://barcode-labels.com/beware-copying-photos-or-artwork-not-allowed/ Dec 6th
