Sounds like a wonderful occupation Ally. I'm heading to London in a few weeks to visit my granddaughter who is in college there. |

Ally, I don't think I realized that you live in South Africa. The word colour gave it away for me (color here in the states). This is gorgeous. It's cold and overcast here in North Carolina and this picture definitely made me want to get on a plane and go somewhere. Nancy has such a good eye. I didn't pick up on the different blues/cyan. Since I'm a blue person rather than cyan I'd switch the water more to blues. Of course, it may have looked exactly like that. Lucky your to have such places near you. |

Nancy, we haven't had snow here in several years so I went up to the mountains in North Carolina to see it. I love the simplicity of your image. I also like Carole's crop as it emphasizes the comings and goings on a snowy day. |

Good shot Carole. I like where you were standing to get all those diagonal lines. I, personally would have cloned out the branches. To me it's just in the way and makes the image too busy. I want to concentrate on the water flow and the pretty scene in the lower right. |

Actually I like it both ways. I think the trees could be a little lighter, but I like the way they frame the amusement park ride. |

I like what you did Carol. The focus is now more on the ride than all that sky. The lighter trees add to it. Thanks for your adjustments. |
