Thanks Connie for your comments. In this case, the sky was real, I just added the lightening. I think it's tricky adding skies, but I do occasionally. Photoshop does a great job with adding skies. It's under the Edit tab. |

Ally, this is a keeper on so many levels. The light is on all the right places, particularly the clouds. All those colors . . . the yellow and blues, reds and greens, yellows and magentas. The diagonal line of the clouds points us right in the direction of the house/barn as if saying "look here." On the bottom half the trees serve the same purpose pointing us to the building. Compositionally, this most definitely holds my interest. Great shot. |

I love this Barbara. It's so soothing and indicative of another weather pattern. How lucky you are to have that view. I image there would be many ways to process this, but I like it in its simplicity. I think it's original and had a wow factor for me. |

Loved your commentary, Carol and your creativity as well. I wish I knew more about clouds and what they mean. I have a habit of taking cloud pictures as I find it mesmerizing. This image mesmerized me as there are so many formations. The lighting and color contrast adds additional interest. I cropped the image a bit to remove some of the blue at the top. See what you think. |

We're on the same wave length as you will see that my image was taken from the car also. Great idea to catch the reflections. That never occurred to me. |
