Hi Keisha,
I like the sharpness of the image. You captured a "moment" here. By using black and white, it makes one's eye go straight to the man (and the lamp). This picture tells an intriguing story. I'm also impressed that you got such a sharp image with f/1.8. No doubt that the bloke is checking out the sheilas... |

Hi Marianne,
There is certainly a story to be told by this picture. The building looks imposing. I could just make out the "Beagle Scouts" on the vests (due to the rain etcetera). It might have been useful to show the side of Snoopy rather than the back. However it is an imposing picture. I like the black and white. |

Hi Lou.
It is interesting that people are ignoring the pair, except for the woman in sunnies and the man in the palm tree t-shirt coming down the stairs. I can't help wondering whether the groups to the right and up the stairs are carrying flags or banners. By bringing the pair "forward" you have made them stand out very well (and the increased exposure helps). Well spotted. |

This photo is a nice image of a family day out. I like the colours because they are cheerful and summery. The black and white version is "closer." It makes one wonder what the colour version would look like if it were cropped as well. This is good from an i-Phone. The picture shows relationship between all the subjects. Nice. |
