Love the water blurred effect, would have been too clinical without that.

As it stands, we only have the choice of cropping in closer. Unless you have a wider shot. I would have prefferred a wider shot, which brings your eye into the door. A closer crop will make it a study of pattern, which should work OK. |

Although it is a temple, the effect is almost that of a prison. (I'm sure it was not possible), But a haggard person, or even a cat or dog sitting in the spot of light would transform the image Maybe there is a way to composite it in? My PS skills are not good enough for that. As it stands, like you say, there is no story here. Nicely processed. |

I think you have achieved your objective well. I have never shot a professional model though. In the original I could feel that the model was in front of a backdrop. But your mono conversion, has a feeling of mystery and a touch of the sinister! Very nice |

Maybe give it a little bit of room at the top so the pinnacle of the red dome is not chopped off and to the left where the tip of the sloping roof is just cut off. Otherwise nice composition, and I like the etching effect. |

Agree with cropping off a bit of the edge, could also try cloning out the glass in the foreground. No idea wjhat the machinery was supposed to do! Bit of antique stuff, I presume they had it on display just to add to the ambience. |
