I agree with Butch's thoughts on the sky and green grass. I'm immediately drawn into the image as if I'm a bird or airplane flying past the peak on the right and down into the valley. The image really draws me in and I spent a fair amount of time just letting my eyes wander through the scene below. Very nice image. |

I liked the fog and the sunlight coming through from the back as well as highlights on the water coming to the falls on the left side. I would consider removing some of the distractions in the lower center. The partial tree and light post grab my attention and keep me from finding the focus of the image. I might also consider cropping the bottom a bit to help keep my eye on the walking person toward the falls on the left. |

My eye began with the mountains on the left and just followed them as they dropped to the valley and the city on the right side. A lot of work to get the images and then stitch them together. The post processing seems very good with the clouds having good contrast and darker on the bottom. |

A very nice photo of Monument Valley. The view through the foreground to the road below and then the 2 peaks and finally the distant peak is really nice. The colors and contrast really bring out the details, with the foreground rock formation, grass in the valley and finally clouds in the distance. After looking through the image several times, I realized that I spent no time with the right side and wondered if it might be cropped just a bit to reduce that space. |

Hi Sherry, I really like the way you've framed the foreground to lead my eye to the center of the image and then it widens for the distant mountains and clouds. Nice color on both edges of the foreground with the flowers and then the lighter leaves on the bottom. It creates a nice frame and adds to the image. Very well done. |
