Joseph, The colors in this photo are extremely eye catching. The warmth of the sun and its' rays bursting forth to the red and green flower field is beautifully displayed in this photo. Your decision to get as low as you could to avoid the green field was spot on. Love the clarity and perspective of the flowers as they meet the horizon. The photo is a beautiful composition of the dynamics of Mother Nature. |

I like the photo of the man with the contrasting black background. However, I am a bit confused about what is going on in front of him and on his lower right side? If you do change the composition slightly, you might think about deleting the orange spot between his legs. In all, an interesting photo. Kudos! |

What a wonderful capture Bob. Your timing was certainly spot on with this photo. Lucky you! I certainly agree with Joseph and Yamuni comments. Additionally, the color of the bokeh background perfectly compliments the photo and gives the subject center stage. |

This particular photo really spoke to me. The dilapidated building, given time, will fall as the life of the desert continues to live.
The focus is so sharp enhancing the grain of the building and the thorns of the prickly pear cacti. The warmth of the golden hour adds softness to the demise of the building in a very touching way. A good title for this photo: Time Witnessed.
The angle of the photograph compliments the angle of the building to lend a feeling of sadness. I agree with Joseph that adding more space on the right would enhance the composition. In all, a great capture!

Love the color and composition of this photo. The red compliments the yellow making the photo truly well balanced. With the bokeh background, the cherries are truly the center of attention. The lighting on the cherries along with the sharpness almost gives the impression that the cherries are not real. Love the suggestion of Yamuna to add a small twist to create more interest in this amazing still life. Great job! |

Thank you Joseph for your comments on my photo. I especially like your suggestion to use a narrower aperture to enhance the depth of field. |
