Hi Helen: No I did not enhance the pink color in the photo. And, cropping off a little more on the right would have made a better image. Thanks for your comments! |

Helen, Just love any photo of an American icon. The photo is crystal clear. Yes, a bit tilted (just like another icon), but that can be easily fixed. The memories accumulated in you visit to New York will always be part of this image. Very nice! |

Oh my Bob, what is not to like about this photo. You did a great job in processing. Personally, I would not crop any tighter because of the arms. This photo reflects your above average ability to capture a fast moving target to perfection. Love this photo. Thank you for sharing. |

Peter: By adding the original photo it sure gives the viewer an appreciation of how you improved the photo. The tone of the final image is really nice on the eye. I especially like what you have done to the sky to make the ferris wheel pop. Your focusing is spot on to bring out your attention to detail, especially with the boats. My only suggestion is that keeping some of the water in the forefront of the picture would have added to the balance of the image. |

Thanks Peter. Although I did crop some of the bridge off, I agree that it acts as a nice leading line. When processing I did crop some off the right side perhaps I should have cropped off a little more. Your suggestions are always appreciated. |

Howard: This photo is extremely interesting. With all of the action that is taking place in the image, your attention to the detail(s) while focusing is commendable. However, rather than having the juggler appear to be "suspended" in air, I would lighten the bottom third of the image to display what the juggler is standing on for a sense of stability for the viewer. And, If possible, leave more space at the top of the photo for a better balance of the three torches. In the end, Kudos to you Howard as this is not an easy image to capture and process. |
