Wow Cindy!! The photo is amazing! It's difficult to believe it's night as the road and mountains are illuminated so well. The swirling colors of the aurora is mesmerizing and I love seeing the stars too. Great capture!! |

Thanks for the additional details. How exciting to capture such a rare bird. I really enjoy those types of photo outings and learning from others. But gear envy or making comparisons is common. You should be very pleased with your shot!! |

Richard - thanks for sharing the before/after images as well as the story of how you captured the photo. You are traveling to some beautiful spots and it's nice to see the places through your eyes. I love all the city lights and the bridge in the background. There's so many things to view within the frame and the perspective is one we don't always see when wandering through the city streets on foot or by car.
I might consider cropping some of the left side of the frame that's mostly in shadow or maybe trying a mask to bring up some of the shadow at the lower left. |

Marilyn - love the sunrise shot of the boaters and how they're silhouetted against the sky and rising sun. The orange glow is quite compelling and gives the emotion of a beautiful day to come on the lake. |

Nice shot Adelet! I'm not familiar with this bird but intrigued by how well it's camouflaged in the environment. It's interesting how its feathers somewhat mimic the moss in the background. Very nice capture! |

Hi Santosh - Welcome to the group and I really like your photo. It truly shows the love between the rider and horse as well as the rider's personal style. The grey sky is a bit distracting as it's such a bright element in the photo. You might try reducing the levels a bit on the sky and/or crop a bit more closely to the horse's ears to remove more of the sky from the image.
