Wow! That's a lot of water. Hope it's receded now. The red barriers really draw your eyes into the photo and there's a great sense of movement with the overflowing water. |

I love the markets in France but have not visited this one. I love the water droplets and there's great use of leading lines and lots of interesting areas for the eyes to explore within the image.
Perhaps a bit of the left side could be cropped about where the green foliage ends.

Thanks for including the color version. They really evoke different emotions. I think the B&W is more powerful. |

Marilyn - great action shot and love the feeling of movement although you've frozen the action. Nice details on the riders especially the determined expressions. The B/W composition contributes to a gritty/tough emotional feel but I can also envision a more colorful composition of bikes & riders. |

Julia - really interesting flower and composition! The colors are so luminescent. I wouldn't have known this was a lily without your description as I first thought it might be some type of sea creature. Great details and sharpness - especially like the water droplets. |
