Thanks Richard - appreciate the suggestion! Too bad the leaves were not colorful...I will try cropping. |

Thank you Julia! Appreciate the details!! Last time, my shutter speed was definitely too slow. Your settings give me a good place to start and/or experiment depending upon the light. |

Lovely tulips - they seem so hopeful reaching up to the sky and light. |

Nice shot and it would be interesting to see a comparison to "normal" conditions. It tells a great story too. |

Nice capture - subject is sharp and there's the feeling of movement as well. I'm just beginning to attempt shooting birds and would appreciate knowing the settings you used if you don't mind sharing. |

I do like the revised image - interesting how flipping it horizontally makes such a difference here. |

Gorgeous photo and I love the black background. I also like how the light seems to pull the eyes towards the white/yellow area of the flower. |

Beautiful photo! I especially like the pine trees in the foreground as they do a nice job framing the more stark mountains that are the main subject. |

Beautiful composition and it's wonderful to compare to the original. The monochrome treatment really takes the photo to another level - allowing the details to show and I especially like the shadows and water droplets. |
