Thank you for the comment. It was very good to be out there doing the capture. The location is quiet except for wave action on the shore and occasional calls from sea gulls. |

Excellent panoramic. It would be better were there some clouds in the upper center of the image. I'm impressed with the detail in the image and the tones. You did a very nice job with these captures. I can see this as being a very good print. Nice work!.

Holy cow! I don't know about tearing your image apart. So, you cropped way in to get a mosquito on an eagles beak....
I don't know that this would do well in an "insect" category because it's hard to get away from the eagles eyes and beak.
The bird looks ready to reach out of my monitor and rough me up some!
Of the three options to the right I favor number two. It looks a wee bit darker than the original and number three.
Impressive shot! Good luck with this capture should you submit it in the insect competition. |

Very good shot. The head is sharp, and you have good depth of field. The colors are vibrant. You've got very good detail here.

This is an excellent image. The subject is very photogenic and clearly loves to be photographed. He has a great facial expression and an expressive face. The colors are very good and your composition is very good. Very pleasing image!!! |

I did not those dots. I'm thinking it's an airplane (too bad not a UFO - imagine how interesting my image would be then).
I expect you're right though. They are not stars and don't add to the image and they really should go!

Couple details: my lens was at f3.5 and the shutter speed was 25 seconds at ISO 1600. |
