16 Jan 23 Comment Oh, Darlene, you have lost the best point of your image for me by converting to bw. I would keep the most of the sky and clouds and cut a half of highway and cities from bottom and left. The colors in original are so beautiful, that you don't need much processing. Jan 26th

You have pointed to reflections. It seems somehow sterile to me. I would prefer to see also bushes and roof.		 Jan 26th

Vertical lines in the background are of course a distraction. Removing them in sw is much more work then find proper cardboard. I would chose a blue like sky.

Blurred snow in foreground is also a distraction. You should move it near the church to get similar sharpness.

Brighter band on the edge of the face is the result of highlight/shadows processing. You could decrease it a little bit.

With such long focus DOF is a little bit too small. Some areas of the face are really sharp, but some not.

For me the photo with the same cut should be also very good in color due to dark tone of skin.
