For me the tree is just a little bit too centric. I would crop some sky on the top and some rocks on the left to put it in 1/3.

16 Dec 22 Comment Eye, beak and feathers on the neck are really sharp. For wings there was not enough DOF, but it doesn't matter.

When I look at the original, I still see vertical lines in clouds. You should improve cloning a little bit better.		 Dec 22nd

16 Dec 22 Comment The photo without lamps seems somehow empty to me. On the original seems, that fireworks come from light. I would just darken it not to be so dominant. Dec 22nd
