Sympathetic boy! His red shirt was really distracting. I also prefer color photos, but here you've made the right decision. Mohanan's corrections are too good to be 50th. |

Cute bear!
It's good enough image for mobile. Perhaps there was some zoom and not very good light. So the mobile has also increased it's ISO and lost some sharpness.

Very funny! When I look just at the processed photo, I've thought, that it was diving. But the pose seemed a little bit strange and claws closed. Looking at the original it was clear to me.
I agree with Joan, that feathers are not very sharp. Processing with Lightroom noise reduction and Dfine 2 has left some follows.
With such large crop also noise at ISO 800 can be problem, which is not so easy to remove. With image stabilizer at 400mm the image should be sharp also at 1/800. You also don't need such large DOF, so shutter could also be wider (F5,6 or F6,3). For both cases you could decrease ISO with no need for double removing of noise.

Beautiful waterfall with autumn leaves. I like Mohanan's processing. Like Kathleen I would also crop the upper right waterfall out. It seems strange to me, that it's so interrupted.
For this milky water it's hard to say in advance, which shutter would be the best. I usually try with some different, for example 1/4 s, 1/2 a and 1 s. Sometimes it's hard to get the right lightening without filters. The water can be overexposed.
I've just bought very good ND filters Urth for that purpose. They are ND8, ND64 and ND1000. So you can adopt different intensity of light. These filters don't disturb autofocus and don't change color.

Beautiful scene and good processing. Walter's red pillars are not natural. Like Mohanan I wold also like to see the scene from a little bit higher position to see the line of pier towards right.
I just don't know, why you have used so long shutter making the waves a little bit blurred. |
