Waterlilies are also nice object for photos. Cropping and composition by Bunny seems me the best. Just a little bit more from the bottom. As Walter says thirds in both directions.
I'm not sure, what are distractions on lower left, but it would be good to remove them.
The blossom is a little bit unsharp, but you can improve.

I'm also surprised about the quality iPhone photo. It's really sharp and red is beautiful. Yes, greens should be darkened.

Interesting idea! Unfortunately the waterfall is so small, that I didn't notice it at the first moment. I would prefer to see the waterfall rights of the people.
The second thing, that is a little bit distracting is Cutting the heads with the horizont (edge between the hills and the sky). One rule is, that it's not good if the horizont crosses trees, people or other objects. I advise you to capture from a little bit higher or lower position.

I like you bee with flowers, that are it's nature environment. The crop could be a little bit wider. Image is very sharp.
You must know, that with your processing the image is not for nature division. Blurring and vignette are not allowed there.
Complete desaturation of flowers is of course not good. But you can desaturate background just a little bit. That's allowed also in nature division.

Yes, primary image has too much elements: the man, the boat and the cruise ship. Stuarts crop is good. Also the cruise ship with boat without man would be good.
Original image is not very sharp. That's why a lot of processing had to be done to make it sharper. That's why it looks somehow too artificial.
