Great shot. Only suggestion: Get the bottom half of the front boat brighter by a zone or so. You could also add a very subtle reflection in the sand below the boat on the right. Not so much that it looks unnatural, but enough to add a little pop and "life" to the shot - Even though the boats are actually "dead". There is a slight reflection in the water on the right, so this would seem natural. Nice regardless.

Sorry but I like everything except the most important element. That is the boy's expression. To me he looks either disinterested or ready to sneeze. I think it takes away from the image overall. While technically, it's well done, the blue treatment adds nothing to this image (my opinion). A sepia tone might have given the look of age. However, I keep going back to that expression.

Again, it looks like I will be the lone dissenter. First, I don't get the shot or its story. The Large white rectangle (sky), for me, is confusing. It takes me out of the image and my eye stays there wondering why it's there. Also, the sides of the road are wavy. I think it would have been a tighter image, if you made the road edges straight. Since art is opinion, my only technical suggestion is the straightening the road edges.

Nice shot, but in my opinion, it just seems overly processed. I think the picture is lost in the post process. The overall "flat" and blue cast look take away from the shot. My opinion of course.....

Great shot Robert. Only one suggestion. For a more balanced shot, I would try and crop out the row of windows on the right. There seems to be too much "weight" on the right. One row on each side just appears correct to me.
