92 Feb 24 Reply Here is the story behind the picture. I too love this building, I had set up my tripod in the concourse and was very quickly approached by security. I was informed that I needed to have a pass from the media director. So I got one. He gave me a tour from basement to roof. As part of the tour I was able to take pictures looking down at the concourse from the center pane of glass. Feb 14th
