93 Dec 23 Comment Hi Ed

Thanks for spending the time to edit it. I do like it. It does simplyfy the scene and has got the sense of vastness. It is very different. Like it a lot.

93 Dec 23 Comment Beaufiful autumn photo. I like the vibrant colours, yellow, orange, red, blue. They worked well. The white boathouse is good looking. I assume that you could not move the boathouse towards the centre of the image a bit more to make it as a main subject due to the restriction of the location. I guess that you did not use the polarizer, the reflection is a little too bright to me. I suggest to reduce the exposure, highlight of the lower third of the image. Dec 14th
93 Dec 23 Comment It is a quite strong image. I like the dry grass around the structure.

Imagine: I am looking at this photo and you are standing half step back beside me and narrating the story and history of it. How cool is that!

93 Dec 23 Comment Such an interesting project. Great idea! And it is good that you have become addicted to it.
The picture looks great. It makes me thinking and imagining. There is no need to say that mono is the way to go.
Exposure, contrast, focus, composition, etc are good. But I do wondering what it will look like if it shows more foreground and background.
Good work Paul. Looking forward to more from your project.

93 Dec 23 Comment It is a good subject and you did all right on your PP.

You may try a different approach. Wider angle(make the bench small), low position with long exposure to smooth the water. It might be a different feeling.

Do you like the idea of going back there again when it is snowing. Depends on how far of course.

93 Dec 23 Comment What a Xmas gift! It looks fantastic. I like your version of Wanaka Tree. The colors are just beautiful. Your PP job on this is so great. I am wondering if you had this result in your mind before you proceded it.

Well done! Congratulations!
