Great photo of hummingbird in flight - that's not easy and the sharpness looks great. I shot lots of hummingbirds in Costa Rica this past March and I can appreciate the challenge -they are fast moving little creatures. The black background enhances the beautiful colors of the bird and the flower. The only thing I might suggest is cropping out the red leaf in the lower right corner. Great shot! |

Good timing on getting these hungry birdies. Good sharpness on the birds. I would crop in from the left a bit and tone down the white branch on the bottom - even though it's blurred, the bright white draws my eye away from the subject. I hope momma fed them! |

Great expression on both of their faces and the lighting throughout is perfect - especially under their cowboy hats. The white shirts are not blown out but show great detail - what's your secret? Beautiful portrait - I wouldn't change a thing! |

Night shots after a rain are always appealing; in fact, any street scene after rain looks awesome because you get the lights reflecting off the surface of the road. If you hand held this a 1/4 second, well done. If you have a tripod or any steady surface, you might want to try experimenting with longer shutter speeds - 30 second or more, which could result in a more abstract photo. The small aperture gave interesting star-light effects on the lights. |

You timed this shot perfectly. If you have a sharpening tool, you might try sharpen the bird's eyes and beak. The reflection of the bird in the water is a nice effect. I particularly like the soft muted background as it enhances your main subject. Overall, great photo! |

Wow! Hot photo - pun intended! Good even lighting, which must have been difficult based on your location. The sun is not blown out and shows nice detail. If possible, I would have tried to remove the head of the person standing in the foreground and the red sign on the left. |
