Thank you for your comment. Yeah, the vignetting may help to even out that dark area in the right corner and I'll play with rotation. I may submit this image for nature competition. Thanks! |

I love all the geometric shapes and I like that you converted it to B&W. The tall buildings in the background are a bit distracting, I'm wondering if you could tighten the crop to force the viewer to stay inside the web. That is my only comment - other than that it's outstanding! |

I too like the stacked plates and good use of DoF to keep the viewers eye on the main subject not the supporting cast. Anne you make a good point about the beer, it's just enough of the glass so you know exactly what it is. Well Done! |

Very well done! I'm definitely a cloud person and you've captured and processed your clouds beautifully. The people in the image provide the scale that really allows the viewer to appreciate the layers in this image. I've never been to the Salt Lakes and it's definitely on my bucket list.
On an equipment note - I had to take a double-take on your lens size and I googled it. Wow!!! That's a nice compact camera. How's the zoom quality? |

This is great image. I especially like that the vertical post aligns with the horizon and the sailboat that is positioned between two posts. Good positioning and great lines. I like your use of gradients rather than vignetting on this photo. After seeing how you used it on this image, I will definitely try adding a gradient on a future image. |
