Priscilla, this is such a beautiful arrangement, so contrary to anything I could put together. I love the colors, the differences in texture, the composition. The way you captured it and presented it is also very well done. I think you have encouraged me to take a flower arrangement class. |

It is an Anthurium. We had looked it up before. I think my host said it was in the same family as the Cala Lilly; that I am not sure. I just thought the difference in my perception -- peace plant to Calla Lilly was funny. |

Murphy, as I have looked over the images, I have found myself caught up in both of them, depending on the mood. The cold, plain original captures my attention on these cold winter days when my mood is somber or even somewhat depressed, but giving me some relief, maybe even hope, in the strong lines and clear shapes. The one you created seems more jovial, moving from the cold blue to the warmer oranges and yellows. The strong, stark lines become comfortable curves. I think they are both delightful. |

Hi Jack, I like the venture into minimalism and graphics. The colors work well together and I also appreciate the different textures and the way each enhances the color. The composition also seems pleasing. I wondered about leaving the few little nicks I see in the image and in the end thought they added to the overall image. |

Hi Karen, I thought this a very creative image. I think you did well with both of the images. I liked particularly the original, of course, except for the two reflections, which seemed easy to clean out. I also thought the border for the presented image was well done. |
