This is well executed work. I love the leading line from the left into the middle of frame directly to the subject. The line of clouds adds a lot to the atmosphere and helps tell the story of the wind pushing the masts of the boats. Nicely done. 		Feb 21st

This is a great picture with or without the leaves. They are not a distraction as they are out of focus and somewhat expected to be in such a scenery. I would darken the background by a bit. In the original version there is a bit more space between the cross and the edge of the picture. I like it better.
