19 Apr 24 Comment Very nice. I love the reflection and the birds in the horizon. This is a keeper Apr 30th
19 Apr 24 Comment The long exposure against the dark night is making the water shine . A white line over dark blue. Brilliant! The crop is good as well. not to much background. Well done. Apr 30th
19 Apr 24 Comment The texture of the washed side walk and the vibrant colors of the building are coming out very nicely. Good street photography. Apr 30th
19 Apr 24 Comment H,
This is beautiful. The light and the composition. If it was my picture I would consider material or cloth to blur the background

19 Apr 24 Comment I love it. The symmetry and exposure with the shallow depth of field the vertical crop. It just adds togther well. Well done !

36 Apr 24 Comment Larry,
In the last months I see you are developing into more technical aspects of photographic challenges. Last month as well as this - the technical aspects of the execution are wow. The subject is interesting. Very well. Congratulations. BTW the story behind is worth while publishing too :)

36 Apr 24 Reply Superb Apr 29th
36 Apr 24 Comment OH WOW ! you took an ok picture and made it amazing. well done A! The edit is just superb. It feels like late afternoon in the winter. How did you make the sky so dark and the houses pop out? Apr 29th
36 Apr 24 Comment The edit has made this picture good to great. Well done! I like the leading line from the valley to the mountains. Perhaps crop a bit more the roofs on the bottom right ?

36 Apr 24 Comment Indeed beautiful sky and leading lines. The different layers ( fore , middle, and background) are adding a lot to the story. Not sure about the gate reflecting light on bottom center. Apr 29th
36 Apr 24 Comment This is a front page picture of a magazine. I love it. It is obviously cropped. From top or bottom ? Apr 29th
36 Apr 24 Comment Hi B,
Indeed the sky and the gazebo are the main focus and you have captured it very well. However, for me the horizontal boundaries of the frame end before the dark tree lines which are distracting me. In other words - zoom in.

83 Apr 24 Comment M,
No bad intensions on my end. I apologize. It is this detail that makes the difference between a good street photo to an award winning photo. Your and Lance's Comments were noted. Thank you

83 Apr 24 Comment Lance you are the leader of the group and will follow your guidance. I will restrict my comments only to positive overall general artistic notes. Apr 29th
83 Apr 24 Comment Each color is a group of 3 elements

83 Apr 24 Reply Thank you M,
in most cases I do prefer the very long version over the shorter long version especially when you can find debris in the water which are distracting the viewer. The idea was to create leading white lines coming down and turning right ( the water) on a dark background.

83 Apr 24 Comment This is very well done IR. Art wise I see here 4 frames:
A close up of the bridge and rail in front. horizontal
A vertical top to bottom center view ( cropped edges left and right)
A vertical crop on the right hand side of the bushes against the hill and the oe one you presented.
Very interesting work. Well done and welcome :) .

83 Apr 24 Comment I would call it the story of the story. The link of the leaves to the tree framing it all together is very well done. It seems that you added the sky and leaves to the final version ? Apr 29th
83 Apr 24 Comment I see here 3 vertical strips with 3 object's on the top of each. 3 different planes (fore middle and back) and a subject captured right in the power point of the frame. This is good street photography. I wish the wheel in the background did not touch his forehead. Apr 29th
83 Apr 24 Comment I like it a lot. It is interesting and engaging. Perhaps a vertical shot would have helped but still I like it like this. Apr 29th
83 Apr 24 Reply ND is my friend and my first filter. gradual / Big dady / X6 / X10 Apr 18th
83 Apr 24 Reply Both work I guess. I like to give a little space around the subject it gives more context. I think.. On the other hand less is more and so your crop is more intimate
