Thank you Nigel for taking the time to look and commenting my photo. About the water, it is already "cooled" a little compared to the raw file. I have tried to keep it the way it was seen. In my landscape photography I tried to keep the scenery as much as a representation of the reality as I remember. The water in those days was pretty "brown" because it rained a lot the days before.

Thank you John, I guess is a question of personal taste the one on color. I have tried to keep the scene with the fall colors as I recall them. Also, I think the color cast can also depend on the monitor we look the images.

John, this is a very nice image and you captured the details of this particular place beautifully. I agree with Tom's suggestion. Another picky consideration is the person at the very end of the paved trail. I think the image could have been stronger if that person was a little closer to the lens. I think the position the person make this element almost lost in the contest of the image.
Well done

Very nice capture Mike. I like your composition and the contrast between the black of the grackle and the white of the statue. The water adds some action element. Only think, and this may be because the low resolution required for uploading the images, I believe the image is a little soft.

A wonderful urban landscape image Ted. Your composition is spot on and I agree the repetitive pattern of bridge structure together with the light make this a very interesting photo. I think the building on the left could stay if it had a little bit more space. Otherwise, I agree it could be cloned out.
Great work

Theresa, I can just echo comments from Tod and Ted. This is a stunning landscape/travel image. The roads with the double white line is leading the eye to main subject. The composition and sharpness are spot on. A great image all together.

Hi Tom,
a very nice and sharp image. I like the fountain pattern of colors and the shutter speed you used helps to give a sense of the water motion. I also like the background color provided by the hotel structure. I agree with Ted that the right section of the image could be cropped to help the observer to focus on the other elements of the image.
Best wishes
