7 Mar 24 Comment Nice peaceful setting with the subject just sitting there taking it all in.I think this b/w
tells the story probably better then a color version. The ocean has created a separation and contrast within foreground and background with nice changes in tones. The wispy foliage of the trees contrasts better in b/w with the waves then color.

7 Mar 24 Comment Hoshedar,
I like this image a lot. The rhino itself has always been of interest to me and the anatomy and its lines grab my eye. The tones and colors in the trees blend well with the subject. The curves of the road move the viewers eyes through the picture and support a natural look to the setting. I would crop on the left up close to the tree and remove the vehicle on the road. The vehicle distracts from the rhino, which is
appealing to look at and yet looks freaky. Nice.

Love the birds, capturing the right scene of a photo of birds and animals is hard to judge when the subject will disappear in a second.

7 Mar 24 Comment I like your composition with this image! The Tulip grabs your eye and the lines tell the rest of the story, to me it brought out a romantic backside of an individual in an embracing position. Great job Judith. Mar 21st

As someone has already stated that the extreme editing has created a creative image, to my eye I have trouble retaining interest in the image. I would present the original image and then show this image and let the viewer take it from there.

7 Mar 24 Comment Tom, You have captured this still life photo well. The composition of glasses and case, the ink pen and pot, and the post cards are tight and well positioned. The smoke from the candle on your second photo supported the candle as the main object and you made the smoke support the candle, not the smoke trying to take over the whole image.
The only thing I would have you change is the black and blue background become all
blue, which would support the color of the smoke and it would rid the black markings along the table top.Good job.

7 Mar 24 Comment Rich,
You have hit a home run with this photo! I have been to this lighthouse and taken many pictures of it. I have even seen lots of others photos of this lighthouse. Yours is the best. It depicts so much detail of the Oregon coast weather at his time of year
and it also depicts the need for lighthouses during their time.
You have captured the very feeling of a winter coastal storm with the colors, the wet roof, the light of the beacon, the storm clouds. Nothing to change here! I think it is a
keeper.
