Magnificent beast and nice capture! The tonality is well done. Nice detail. Too bad you weren't able to capture the eyes. How do you feel about cropping out the back leg? More of a head shot. Just a thought. |

Like the stormy clouds and the church structure. I would like to see more tonal range. Also is a bit busy for me, Vincent. You might try some dodging and burning on the church to add depth. How about darkening and cropping the bottom some? |

Like the subject matter for a B&W. The lines in the upper railing and the staircase bring me into the image. I prefer the range of tones in Don's rendition. |

Nice cultural portrait. Both versions work for me. I think the color gives more of a feel for the culture. I like the tonality in the B&W and the bokeh background. What do you think about cropping in on the left? |

The B&W conversion works and the use of the "people" masking provided some nice enhancements. Good use of them, David. She was an interesting subject. The front lighting seems a little flat and a bit bright to my eye. Did you use studio lighting or was this done with natural light? |
