Great moment for taking this picture, it just make you feel the desperation of these hungry young birds, who are not able to get it's own food yet.
I didn't know that these type of birds can turn their heads back, and I agree the whiter branch is a distraction. |

Agree with Suzanne, while using the tripod, you can set your camera with a longer shutter speed, and the striking lines of the cars will be longer, and also you can use lower ISO, and if you want you can have smaller aperture. f/16 or f/22.
I think you have chosen a great space for this type of night photography, beautiful area with buildings, trees on the center, and others. |

My first impression is that the is on the air, nicely separated from the background , lots of details in the sun with a beautiful light.
