56 Dec 22 Reply Oh yes, now I can really see how beautiful the bird is within the background goes and the leaves and the twirls. Thanks. Dec 22nd
56 Dec 22 Reply Thanks Nancy, I think you are right about the cropping, the main subjects will have a little bit more room within the image.
Happy Hollidays Nancy.

56 Dec 22 Reply Thanks Trey, very interesting and thoughtful questions.
I think I just choose my first alternative, "just because I like it", is kind of a softening look, without thinking too much on the implication of the story of the photo, and yet from an environmental point of view it is a powerful image, as in my second image that I replied to Cindy, has an opposite effect.
Thanks for pointing me out, and make me think about it.

56 Dec 22 Reply Thanks, now that you mentioned I think I like this one more,it has more character, the colours are more vibrant.
I think I choose the first one, in between of more than two versions, is because I am experimenting and find fascinating how this art history brush works, and the difference ways, depending on what type of brushes you use, the sizes of them, the different effects you can get with the brushes itself.
But now I really like better this version. Thanks so much for making me rethink.

56 Dec 22 Comment Beautiful composition and goes very well with the background, you mention about the multiple twists and turns of the dried leaves, I couldn't also open up the image, to see all this. Happy holidays for you as well. Dec 19th
56 Dec 22 Comment To begin with you have a great shot of the eagle, very sharp and with lots of detail on the feathers, the eagle has an attitude and is show very well. Great work. Dec 19th
56 Dec 22 Comment Very vibrant image perfect for the season. Happy Hollidays as well. Dec 19th
56 Dec 22 Comment Very nice background tones that go so well with the light of your leaves. I like the cyan tones your got in your final version of your background,
Very beautiful composition as well. Ready for the wall.

56 Dec 22 Reply I will also look into it. Thanks. Dec 19th
56 Dec 22 Reply Thanks Cindy, Unfortunately I didn't keep a tiff with all the steps and levels, and I tried more than once, so I am attaching one that does not have the canvas texture on it, and as I am telling you is not the one I have posted. Dec 19th
56 Dec 22 Reply Agree 100% with Angela, your painted technique with your mixer brushes in the bells are potent and it goes perfectly with the background technique you use. Nicely highlighted. Dec 15th
