Robin,
Nice mono with good contrast and great sharpness. I appreciate your creativity. Maybe it is my military experience or just plain pickiness, but I think I would have appreciated the effort if the image of the ambulance was more of a side shot. Because of the angle of the ambulance to the ocean it look like it is coming out of the water. Like I said, maybe I'm just to picky. |

Your photo very much reminds me of a song written by Kris Kristofferson, Casey's Last Ride -I think: About a person riding the underground into oblivion.
It's a wonderful picture that easily seems to blend the rocks and escalators into an underworld fantasy, or perhaps nightmare, where all the escalators are going down. Creates a very nice illusion. Added to that is the frozen shopper who suddenly realizes that there is no way out of that hell.
Super job! |

Mark,
Beautiful shot! Really sets a mood of a motorcycle tough guy. The tattoos, rings, the patches on his vest, the veins in his arms, all of it right down to the stitching in his vest is crystal clear. It deserves to be hung in a badass biker bar.
Nice catch! |
