Love the fun you had with the lightning. It gives it a little bit of a sci-fi feeling, especially with the traffic all headed away from it (RUN!). |

This is full of contrasts - safe and warm vs. rainy/cloudy and threatening; sharp fading off into soft; bright reds vs. dull earth tones; and "real life" vs. reflections. Lots to process mentally. |

What makes this image interesting to me is the jumble of many shades of gray (more or less than 50!) with a little pink mixed in, alongside the steady, even gradient of blue. Nice catch! |

Interesting modification, Connie. Your changes show more details which present a different take - I think a viewer might change their preferences for one or the other depending on their mood. |

This is such a "WOW" image - the clouds (of course!), the mountains, the layering of foreground - middle - background, and the sweet barn tucked in the middle. The colors / warmth are perfect. Wonderful! |
