Good eye in catching that great texture. I like Jim's version, too. Another version could be to use Generative Fill at the bottom to add only the texture cracks and eliminating the very tiny sliver of the top of the lock. However, if you've used this feature, you know it could have disastrous, laughable results! |

What a gorgeous piece of art in this church! The focus, I think, is on that beautiful gold sculpture in the center. If possible, the center piece could be brought out more using Darken/Lighten Center in NIK filters. You did a good job in the conversion - everything looks sharp. Sorry, but after studying both before and after, I really like the color better! |

This is a beautiful image with the drooping moss and shadow patterns on the ground. Your processed image is very sharp, but maybe a little busy. What if the leaves/moss were softened like the original? To me, it would add to the beautiful dreamy quality of the image. |

I like the water drops on the plant. Maybe those could be a bit sharper? The leaves on the top 1/3 of the plant would look good with more vein definition. Otherwise, I agree with the other comments. |

I really like your version which emphasizes the mountains. I didn't crop the sky on mine, because I wanted to draw attention to the rain first and then the mountains. There are many possibilities in most images and it's fun to play with them. Thanks for your helpful comments, Jim. |

I posted this image because I was told the castle should be smaller and something should be on the wall. Also, the lighting should be different. Thank you for all your kind comments. It just goes to show that everyone has different takes on images - as we see on all our images each month! |

Very nice intimate scene. I like what Dr. Nair has done in lightening the rocks. More cropping off the right would make the image more vertical and give more focus to the falls. The blue in the waterfall could be color-corrected since it clashes with the cyan of the pool. Maybe the brightness at the very top could be lowered (at least at the very top) since it competes with the "fairy" waterfall. I imagine you took many shots of this very pretty scene. Good job on the softness of the falls. |

What a great shot! So many images have these birds standing in water. I love that you've included the water drops from the feet. I wonder if even more water drops could be included and a bit more cropped from the top? |

Beautiful model and pose. When I first saw this, my thought was what others have already said - blur the background so the model stands out more. Also, lighten her face to draw more attention there. |

Renee, I love the angle of the clouds and their reflection in the water in the original. Many interpretations can be drawn from this image. I do like the vertical with more reflection. Bogdan's version removes the question of how much of the clouds to keep! |

Vibrant picture. Beautiful girl and costume. I agree with the other comments. The only thing I'd add is to remove the bright flowers(?) in the bottom right corner. They draw my eye there. |

Hi Lori - This is Darlene from Group 16. Thank you for your kind comments! I spent a great deal of time to get my Cinderella image just right!
What a fun image you captured in Portugal. The angle of the trolley makes it look impossible to have passed between the buildings. Great sharpness! |
