I like the colors in this image. The water in the middle of the image has green in it. The poles are light green, rather than the usual greyish-brown color. This all coordinates with the green hammock, but it's the contrasted brightly-colored hammock that draws you into the image. Cropping on the left might leave the pier looking ready to topple! A good story-telling image. |

Beautiful detail in the Mehndi - it looks very three dimensional. Love the happiness in her expression. Since the background doesn't seem to contribute a lot to the picture, I might have blurred it a bit to keep the focus on her arms. Great story-telling image! |

Thank you, Walter. I worked hard to bring out contours in the bleak rock. |

Thanks for the welcome, Terry. Thank you for the positive comments. Since I shot the dark side of the rock, it had to be processed to bring out the shadows and highlights. Yes, Sky Replacement is a bit fidgety - even when using my own! |

Thank you, Renee. I played with various levels of brightness and saturation in the sky. I liked this version the best. I felt it had to match the strength of the sunbeam in the arch. |

Thank you for your kind comments. I, too, wasn't sure if the sky looked right. Is it too late to send the original? |
