Wow, it's amazing what you can do with a phone. I'm really surprised at the focal length and aperture available to you. I love the symmetry and the shapes and the colours and am fully aware that the phone didn't do it all by itself :) |

Thanks Ruth, I'll have a look at a tighter crop. |

It certainly is a striking scene. I think it's a bit unusual to have most of the dark tones on one side of the image and the light tones on the other but it works in this case and gives a great sense of depth. And the white of the power station provides a terrific point of interest - my eye keeps coming back to it. You've edited it effectively because the original light conditions look challenging. |

Thanks LuAnne. It seems that your camera is the first Sony to do focus bracketing. Apparently you can get a remote to do it with mine. Fortunately I'm not committed to doing macro atm. |

This certainly is an amazing building, the red/yellow is great and there's such a lot to explore. I love the collage on the window and seat and the 'eyes' in the E. and the splash of red near the bottom of the door is great. Even the yellow door is balanced by the red patch on the left and the grey box on the right. Good find! |

I love this, LuAnne. The detail is amazing and I'm sure the pod was designed by an artist! What is the background? Is it just lying on something black. And the focus stacking - I'm not sure what you mean about bracheting 30 photos ... I've seen people use a rail but I don't know how you would do it otherwise. |
