Great tectures and shapes and colours and text as well. This would look great on any wall and I can imagine Hudson lovers fighting over it. Michael said it was a departure from your still lifes but is it really? I'm thinking the same skills are needed at least. Maybe one day I'll develop some of them :) |

This is beautiful. And I reckon you could spend ages making different versions for different purposes. I like Joan's idea of a tryptic and I wonder about a vertical arrangement. And I suspect that all would be beautiful in their own way. |

I'm amused to see someone describe Death Valley as 'one of my favourite places'! I probably won't get to see it at all... So great to see this lovely image. Sorry I can't offer suggestions for improvement. It's perfect IMO. And that shadow couldn't have been better if you'd painted it. |

I love these birds - they are so elegant. And I love the back lighting. Did you post the original shot? I'm new here so maybe I just can't see it. I would also like to see this cropped to emphasise the bird more. And I wonder about converting to b&w (that's why I was looking for the original). |

I love the layers in this, my eye wants to spend time exploring. You've also made me want to visit Colarado, though that probably won't happen. I agree that Michael's brightening of the trees is an enhancement and like the warming of the snow - it reduces its dominance a bit. Are you doing more hiking? I'd love to see more. |

Thank you for your lovely comments. I will have another play with this image and use some of the ideas. Sadly, I didn't see any sensor spots and I need to when they're there. I'll examine that, also.. |
