Adrian, Cudos, you did a great job of using motion to enhance the scene. I've played with it at Central Station and absolutely love how it creates a sense of crowds but yet removes them to isolate specific components of the scene. It takes a lot of patience but I think you isolated the moment well. Mark |

Pete, I definitely like the monochrome version the best and the highlights on the had and face combined with your use of depth of field really pull me into the image and hold my attention. Mark |

Chris,
Initially I liked your cropping but then found the image very busy. My preference is for the photographer to direct my attention to the subject and make every effort to keep my there. I think that the square crop is best and removes background that pulls the viewer away from the flowers and like either Emil or Oliver's techniques that guide me, the viewer into the image and make me pause. |

Wow, Glad you escaped!!!! The depth of field really isolates the subject from the background but you really nailed the skin tones and got such smooth and supple texture. I'd say it was worth getting caught.

Great image!!!! love how you got the detail in the sky. If I get a chance I may play with it a bit, but I'd like to see a bit more layering to capture more depth. But regardless, it's a great image. |

You really did capture the essence of the moment and as Emil stated an extremely important moment. Congratulations on the image and for being part of the American dream. |

Very nice. I like what you've done and glad you removed the grate. AS for the 11 - 24. I carry it almost everywhere but it's a big chunk of glass and sometimes i sub my 17 to 40. But when it comes to architecture and Landscapes, it's hard to be the big guy. |
