I think your wild animal photos are "over the top". With some attention to the background, in this particular image, we have another look at your photographic wild, in the field, creatures. |

Gorgeous! Hoping you will enter it in competitions. A winner indeed if you do. Your post processing work really made a great difference. Brightened everything and made it "artistic" as you said. Love it! |

Your image this month is a combination of many suitable images. I like the engineer shoveling coal into the firebox and the several gauges. I am wondering if you took images of the engine on the tracks. Nice of the engineer allowing you to enter his "world". |

Extremely nice image. I particularly like the position you were in while taking this image. Good lines and easy to follow going forward. Having the moon at the location you have placed it is complementary to the entire scene. |

Very nice image. I like the composition with the leading line reaching to the edge of the lighthouse. Converting to a B&W image places emphasis on the wonderful cloud patterns. |

I should have explained in "About my Image" that the quilt museum is located in a rustic old barn. |

Thank you Laura Lee for your comment. Good eye in relation to the stain. I must check work better before submitting. Your corrections are perfect. Also like the removal of the bit of red at the top of the frame.

Hi Murphy, Your image is "luscious" looking. I want to touch it. The colors are so soft and appealing. The "strips" are a variety of lengths, and colors. Perfect!
I will do some exploration on Madrone trees. |

Hi Charlie, Fine looking peppers with a nice variety of colors. I like Barbara's idea of moving to a diagonal shaped frame. It is somewhat unusual, noticeable and an eyecatcher! |

Hi Alane: Good effort in capturing a bee atop a well focused purple flower. Cropping the bottom portion of the frame and cloning out the medium sized leaf directly under the flower head might make this image have a greater appeal.

Hi Neal, The position of the bee on the top of the flower is
well chosen and with fine focus. I might consider removing two flowers one on the right lower and the other partial flower, stem and leaf on the left. The sharpness of the bee and the flowers with the bit of sunlight do make for a well executed photo. |

Hi Barbara, Very lovely image of a dove perched on an interestingly cut piece of fencing. Beside the fine focus the lighting is superb! The eye is outstanding especially by being surrounded by a blue ring. My vote would be for a plain or mottled background as I find the bokeh to be a distraction.
