An excellent portrait of the Native Princess. I particularly like the way she is posed with the slightly shadowed left portion of her face. She emits an aura of superiority and beauty. Very well done! |

I agree with the previous comments regarding the horizon and cropping along the left side of the frame. I think sometimes the simplest content in a photo is most appreciated. I also like the little bits of debris on the beach which is true to life. |

Very creative. You started with an excellent image. Focused well with an interesting composition. The center "tip" is sharp and nicely colored in the Artistic version. |

A voracious painter captured well with more than one painting. I like all the bright colors against the green background and fencing. The only little improvement would be to to darken the artist's hat in several places. Otherwise a well done and interesting image. |

Rather comical movement of the duck which I can relate to. Icy conditions. Nice placement in the frame with the subject and it's reflection. Good color. |

Looking at this image is as if I was really there. (And I was once.) Your post processing work is really excellent particularly on the left side with the removal of the bushes. The sky and color of the rock formations are also an improvement. Very nice |

Hi Murphy, I like the your compositional idea of the butterfly surrounded with flowers. My question is if you are giving the new phone a fair trial. Bright mid-day sun? Hope you will give the new phone another trial under different conditions. I always enjoy viewing your images.
I am beginning to use my cell phone more and more. Due to health conditions and age... It may be cell phone or not. I may have to start thinking of indoor table tops and still life.

Hi Charlie, Lovely....I am a fan of table top or still life images. So happy you have included this delightful image. It's more that just taking a photo if you have to do some thoughtful shopping before hand. At times I peruse second hand shops and never know exactly what will be appealing that day.
I like the diversity of your items, shapes, stems, varying heights of items and placement in frame. The background color is perfect and the lighting is superb. Very well done! |

Hi Barbara, The red/orange subject looks very well against the dark background. I like the incision of the many buds and other greenery in the frame. Good work! |

Hi Alane, You have captured the cardinal looking directly at you. Both birds are nicely focused against their background.
Attention to the background would be an improvement as suggested previously. |

Hi Barbara, Great image this month. It is so appealing to me. I agree, it would be one of my favorites too. The caterpillar is tucked into its surroundings, nicely with excellent focus of the leaves, underside, top and each individual hair of the caterpillar. Applause! |

Hi Barbara, I'm sure you will enjoy the Moats conference. He has come a long way since his beginning endeavors. If it wasn't a plane ride away I would definitely consider attending too. |
