9 May 22 Comment I am not familiar with a "breakthrough" filter or Topaz studio so cannot comment the results. I do like the focus, lighting and color on the lower portion of the flowers. The black/blue background works well with the pink of the bouquet. May 23rd
9 May 22 Comment You did take on a challenge with this image and I can appreciate the work you have done. I think the horse may have "booties" on therefore the color changes. Anyway, you have captured a good memory of Bruges. May 23rd
9 May 22 Comment Sweet little kitty. I like your composition and the various textures used. This image has holiday appeal. May 23rd
9 May 22 Comment Good texture and background clean up. Interesting the frog would find a new home in your lily (?). Would rather he move on. May 23rd
9 May 22 Comment Sounds like you did a bit of work on this image from the past. Colors work with the psychedelic theme. The bird looks good on the chosen background. Memories of previous times. May 23rd

63 May 22 Comment Indecision, indecision on my part as to the buds next to the full Fuchsia. If the buds were extended a bit I would definitely like/want it in the picture. Your thoughts as to the image being a "nature story" is valid. So, I say do not crop or make changes. It's your composition.
All the technical aspects are right on, focus, exposure and impact.

63 May 22 Comment Creative idea that worked out very well. The bright colors surrounding your grandson add to the whimsy of the image. I like his position in the frame and the fact that he is looking downward with a little trepidation. (?) May 26th
63 May 22 Comment Lovely red rose with raindrops to add interest. The very center of the flower with it's multi-layers is especially appealing. May 26th
63 May 22 Comment Attractive image, one would not think of a pile of salt, rather a pile of jewels. I appreciate the subtle background material you placed the subjects on. After looking at the original image I can see you had a lot of "clean up" work to do and very efficiently. Good work! May 26th
63 May 22 Comment Hi Barbara, Your image is striking. I really like the simplicity and the choice of subject. I have absolutely no suggestions for improvement. The soft background color is perfect in matching the color of the leaf veins. Also nice subtle vignetting, a good finishing touch. Lovely! May 26th
63 May 22 Reply Thanks...good suggestions. I'll be making some changes. May 11th
