Humorous photo finding. I'll go to the top floor please. You did a good job in post processing with blurring the background and adding to both top and bottom of the frame. The grassy area at the bottom of the frame does need a little work as mentioned above. Focus on the building is very good. |

Hi Allen, Interesting subject. I like the reflection. Nice straight horizon line, color and lighting. No one mentioned the other rock formation on the left side of the frame. To my eye, it detracts from the Turnip Rock formation. I know you were in the water with a tripod and maybe could not walk around for composition sake. Without knowing the whole situation I can't really make suggestions but I would prefer if either both rocks were included or just the Turnip. Perhaps the other rock formation is the shoreline?

Hi Shaikh. You are a master of blurring backgrounds that were filled with many distractions. Good focus and lighting. Framing is well done too. |

What an unusual piece of art work. Very distinctive. I like what you have done in post processing and can't imagine someone else would have a similar idea. I rather like David's idea of cropping on both sides. However, when I look at the image it looks to me as if the statue is not centered between the light poles. If true, that would be problematic. Maybe the angle you shot it might be a problem as the drain and tile leading up to the base isn't straight. Too persnickity (spelling?) am I. |

Hi Jesse, You did photograph a nice sunset but Debbie is right about the bird....it might be better as a silhouette. But you had the right idea by adding a bird for extra interest. Points for that! |

Well, fellow photographers I must let you know this image was not selected as a Fair entry. The entries that were accepted were totally different than what I had in mind. They consisted of things that are associated with Wisconsin. Beer, brats and Cheese Heads. Woe is me. |

Hi Neal.....Very good work. I like the composition which is a bit out of the ordinary but highly effective. The colors work well together. Focus, lighting and interest are all at the top of the scale. |

Greetings Dan and Welcome to Group 63! Your first submission is very impressive. Great color combination with the gold of the butterfly combined with the yellow of the flowers. I see fine focus and lighting against a dark mottled background. |

Great work Patrick! Good color, focus and lighting. I like the straight on composition. I'll watch for Purple Passion in the next competition. |

Hi Murphy, You have a good eye for color. The black background offsets the red leaves. I like the bit of green in the leaves as well. The water droplets on and around the leaves are a perfect compliment. I like the composition particularly the leaves in the lower left of the photo. They add an additional point of interest. |

Hi Lisa, Good on the spot capture. The shadow adds to the image. Nice focus and good lighting where it needs to be. The blotched yellow spots on the pavement act as an accent to the spider's yellow body. |
